Applications
SZL Conical twin screw gearbox can be used in PVC double pipe production lines for producing PVC conduil pipe, diameter from 16mm to 40mm, 16mm to 63mm. it consists of SJZ series extruder, double pipe mold, double pipe vacuum tank, double pipe drawing and cutting machine, stacker. It can produce two pipe at one time to achieve higher production efficiency.
Product Features
The gears are made of high strength alloy steel. The gear goes through the process of carburizing quenching heat hardening and gear grinding to achieve the precision of grade 6, tooth surface hardness HRC54-62. The material of the box is made of high quality ductile iron. After casting, full stress treatment is carried out with high strength and beautiful appearance. All oil seals are imported, and the high speed shaft is treated with oil seal and mechanical seal, and the oil leakage rate is low. Using external forced lubrication and brazing plate heat exchanger, the cooling and lubricating system is reliable, the operating temperature is low, and the daily maintenance is convenient.
Oil Seal
The material of oil seal usually is nitrile rubber and flour rubber. That oil seal is improperly used and disposed will hurt personnel, so handlers must especially notice. the gear unit running after a period of time, loss or aging of oil seal can appear, in order to improve the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance time, usually need to prepare some spare parts, recommendations according to run 6 months to prepare for the high speed shaft seal spare parts, 12 months to prepare the output shaft oil seal spare parts.
