SZ-L vertical conical twin screw gearbox

SZ-L vertical conical twin screw gearbox is a special mechanical drive device designed to match with conical twin-screw extruder. The device decelerates the speed and increases the torque of the power from master motor through gearbox.

The long and short shaft drive the short screw concentric with the screw and extrude high quality products in different directions and outward rotation.

The gears are subjected to carburizing and quenching, heat quenching and gear grinding to achieve 6-level accuracy.
