Normally from 0.4 to 0.65 cm3/g.

2. How to adjust the board thickness during production?
Our shaping mould has micro adjustment system, which ensure proper change for its thickness.

3. How to do the maintenance for machinery?
– Gear box oil changed each 4000 to 5000 hours.
– Lubricant each necessary part by checking regularly.
– Cloth coating for some calendar roller.
– Frequently checking the electric components.
– Clean some rubber part by cleaning liquid.
