1) Feeding Plate Conveyor Belt
The plastic floor is manually placed on the roller conveyor belt and guided through the baffle plate, and then smoothly conveyed into the push plate into the box area through the roller conveyor belt.

2) Push Board into The Box Area
The plastic floor entering this area is sent to the packing area through the thrust of the cylinder and the linkage mechanism and placed on the cardboard below, waiting for the molding.

3) Cardboard Temporary Storage Area
The stack of cardboard is manually placed in this area, and is sucked horizontally through a vacuum chuck. After the conditions are ripe, the cardboard is smoothly fed into the packing area through the thrust of the cylinder, waiting for packing.

4) Nordson Hot Melt Machine
After the formed carton is joined by hot melt adhesive, the glue injection time and the amount of glue can be adjusted according to the production demand, and accurate carton side wing sealing, upper cover sealing and the like can be achieved.

5) Vacuum Generator
Through the vacuum generator, a stable vacuum is generated and buffered by the buffer tank to generate vacuum suction of the suction cup, and the cardboard placed above is sucked and placed horizontally.

6) Intermittent Linkage Mechanism
The carton loaded with plastic floor passes through the intermittent linkage mechanism, and cooperates with the cylinder of the side pressure box to complete the staged operation including carton forming, side pressure box, spray glue, upper pressure box and finished product output.
