– Put embossing machine into flat ground.
(Four bottom no need to fix, cause the weight of embossing machine is almost 1 T)
– The connection way of wire: Three-phase, four wire.
– Hydraulic pressure station should be filled with hydraulic oil.
Operation steps
– Adjusting the level of embossing roller
Before start embossing, please adjust the level of embossing rollers first by adjusting the screw and the manual screw rod on the two side shoulders top.
– Machine Operation
First press “start” to rotate the roller, then turn on “heating switch” by clockwise direction. When the temperature reach set value and after keeping warm 15 minutes（100-120℃）, plastic lumps can be fed to embossing roller for starting embossing
Maintenance
The lifting up-down track of embossing roller should be lubricated with grease or engine oil.(About every two weeks)
